"Game On" is a profile on Galdino Molinero, a Mexico City construction worker turned fútbol fanatic and street-side chef in Queens.

‘En Mexico City, la gente es la misma,’ says Molinero, who compares his hometown of Neza to Queens, a city on the edge of Metropolis. ‘There are many Chinos, there are many gringos and there are people from around the world. In that way, Mexico City is equal to New York.’

According to Molinero, two major differences remain. The first is that New York has many more jobs. The second is a well-known cultural contrast: ‘In Mexico, you don’t see basketball. You don’t see baseball. You only see soccer.’
